Spring Awakening

Impala Lechner

Silver - Signature Member

Web Site      Germany

IMPALA works with methods and skills in her sculpting like the ancient masters traditionally did.
The casting process takes up to 3 months. Impala’s endeavor is to inspire people with the combined powers of Beauty and Meaning. When people are moved to feel, think and have hope in a new way, then they are also enabled to act in a renewed way. Her work reminds and engages us in a unique and subtle interaction of our relationship with our living planet earth.
Impala expresses and makes visible that we treasure something that belongs to all of us, something that calls out for our care in a direct way: a call that can be heard from within.
What is awakened is our respect, as well as our attention. In her art she constantly seeks for new ways of sharing her life, a constant quest for meaning.
